Thanks to the platform, you can create open or closed social consultations (addressed to selected groups of respondents, such as residents of a selected housing estate or non-governmental organizations). To communicate with residents, you can use the survey module or the module for commenting on draft resolutions. Consultation results are immediately summarized in automatic DOCX and PDF reports.

The system presents the expenses and income of the local government. In an interesting and interactive way, it makes residents aware of where the local government gets its money from and why it is worth paying taxes in your place of residence.

Request handling system

A flexible and effective tool for handling requests (problems, proposals and questions). Instead of a complicated procedure, a resident can send a short information to the office about the existing problem with the exact location, description or photographic documentation. The system helps to ensure compliance with the requirements of the EU directive, which obliges local governments to create an appropriate internal system for reporting irregularities.
