A flexible and effective tool for handling requests (problems, proposals and questions). Instead of a complicated procedure, a resident can send a short information to the office about the existing problem with the exact location, description or photographic documentation. Thanks to our platform, this information will immediately go to the appropriate unit or unit in the office, and the author of the notification can monitor the progress of its implementation.
